If you have any complaints about our preschool or its education, there are procedures in place for this.
If it concerns your child directly or routines regarding the daily educational activities, please first speak with the responsible educator. If you feel that your concerns are not being addressed, please contact the principal.
If the issue concerns the preschool as a whole or safety, please contact Principal Carina Nihlén using our Complaint Form.
If you still feel that the problem persists, please contact Area Manager Jeanette Glyt: jeanette.glyt@esn.se.
If you still feel that your concerns have not been addressed, you can contact our Head of School Andreas Tull: andreas.tull@esn.se.
If you prefer to submit your feedback or complaints anonymously, you can leave them in the preschool’s suggestion/complaint box, located on the noticeboard in the entrance.
It is important to us that you, as a guardian, feel involved, and we appreciate open and effective communication. Your opinions are valuable to us, and you are always welcome to share your thoughts or concerns. All complaints are investigated, followed up, documented, and feedback should be provided within 10 days. The principal reports to the owner the complaints received, how they have been investigated, and the follow-up process.
